Pennsylvania's NADONA Chapter
PennDONA is the official Pennsylvania chapter of the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration in Long-Term Care. The chapter serves nursing leaders and professionals connected to Pennsylvania’s long-term and post-acute care continuum.
PennDONA is being restructured and revitalized with the goal of becoming a useful, dependable resource for Pennsylvania professionals. The chapter combines state-focused communication and education with opportunities available through national NADONA.

Our Relationship with NADONA
NADONA is a national professional organization for directors of nursing, infection preventionists, and nursing leaders in long-term and post-acute care. PennDONA provides a Pennsylvania chapter connection while national NADONA manages its own membership programs, certifications, courses, conferences, publications, scholarships, awards, and other national resources.
